The contractual fee may be determined in accordance with the Regulation as follows:

a. Fixed fee
the fee may be agreed on for complete arrangement of the matter or series of matters, respectively for legal services for definite or indefinite period of time.

b. Tariff fee
the basic rate of the tariff fee shall be determined based on the tariff value of the matter or kind of matter or right and depending on the number of acts of legal service which the lawyer provided in the matter.

c. Hourly rate
the hourly rate may be determined on the basis of the number of hours inevitable for the provision of legal services.

d. Contingent fee
contingent fee may be determined in the form of percentage of the value of the matter which is the subject-matter of the proceedings before the court or other authority. The maximum amount shall not exceed 20% of the value of the matter.

e. Simple legal assistance
simple legal assistance is to be understood as legal counselling in the seat of the Law Office with no representation before the court or other authority. In such cases the lawyer and the client may agree upon hourly rate divided into quarter-hour rates. (Section 3 of the Regulation)
